Overview

A modular syringe pump and extrusion design with printable parts and multiple syringe and mounting configurations. [S001] [S002]

Allstruder is a modular syringe pump and extrusion design with STL and STEP geometry. Its file inventory contains direct-drive and Bowden components, syringe-specific holders and printer-mounting adapters. Choose the syringe and configuration before treating it as a parts list. [S001] [S002]

Assembly and use

Syringe and mount selection

Inventory examples include holder/pusher parts labelled for a 10 mL plastic syringe and a 0.1 mL Hamilton syringe. These labels identify design variants, not validated interchangeability. Match the holder, pusher, drive and any Bowden parts to the intended syringe before compiling a configuration-specific BOM. [S001]

Mount files include Prusa Mk4 and Creality Ender 3 variants and a STEP mount template for geometry review. These are mounting artifacts; slicing projects are fabrication settings, a separate concern. File presence does not establish tested printer fit, and no robot-arm interface is established here. [S001]

Adaptation and rights

A complete configuration-specific BOM and matched control setup have not been established by this review. For a remote extrusion route, tubing response, retraction and robot synchronization are engineering questions to resolve, not measured capabilities of this profile. [S001] [S002]

The README specifies CERN-OHL-P-2.0. That statement does not establish rights or source completeness for separately selected controls and purchased components. Electronics, firmware and software need a configuration-specific review. No complete current delivered price, hardware assembly or performance test is claimed. [S002]

Cost

No current, complete configuration-specific build cost has been established for this profile.

Source files and licenses

README explicitly grants CERN-OHL-P-2.0. Select direct versus remote/Bowden configuration and syringe. Visual assembly panels are preserved but not a reconciled textual BOM; evaluate tubing lag, retraction and robot synchronization.
